What a true statement we have our guys and girls running hard to go to, return from and process orders from boat show season. Our latest was the Miami Boat Show that ended on Monday, and we had a great time there meeting people from all over and answering their questions on marine electronics from easy to hard ones. We did manage to sell a few radars, GPS, Fishfinders, Chartplotters and everything else associated with them, from glass helms to 18′ fishing boats whether inland or offshore fishing. It was great to have support from our manufacturers near as well. thanks to the crews from Garmin, Furuno, Raymarine, Si-tex, and Navico, Icom, KVH, Standard Horizon, Viking and any other manufacturer I may have forgotten. We appreciate their support and have a great deal of confidence in offering their products for sale. We are off to the Atlantic City Boat Show next week and the show runs Feb 28 through Mar 4 and we are looking forward to it. I will have more info next week on the show and new products that may be coming your way.
News from Miami
Good Morning and I hope your week has been great. Really not much to report from the Miami Boat show so far. Garmin released some new Reactor Auto Pilots that will make finding the correct one easier and operation to be easy as well. The also released another version of the GPSMAP 12X2 which is now a touch screen. Raymarine just announced newer versions of their Axiom line with even more Apps running on their new Lighthouse 3 software. I am sure more will be announced over the weekend and I will share more details on these and whatever else comes from the Miami Boatshow. Back on Monday.
Back from the NYC Boat Show
Yes everyone is back and accounted for from the New York City Boatshow and we had a great show, we met a lot of nice people we can now call friends, and some of them customers. I have to take a line to thank our manufacturers for their support so here they are: Lowrance, Simrad, Standard Horizon, Sitex, Viking, Shakespeare, Navionics, C-Map, McMurdo, KVH, Icom, ACR and of course Garmin, without these guys and girls there really wouldn’t be a need for us to participate. Thanks again. Scott and Brian are catching their breath and gearing up to leave for Miami next week so if you are visiting warm weather and want new radars, GPS/Chartplotter, fishfinders, running lights or virtually anything in marine electronics pack your bags and head to the show. great prices and an opportunity to speak with all the manufactures and advice from professionals. You just can’t beat it. Hope to see some of you there and please follow on this blog because i will be bringing information on new releases as fast as they are released. Until next week stay safe.
